No actually I just have EE profile number with that can i start filling details in SPNP online account ... and keep in save mode and in 2017 whenever they will resume or open application I can submit ..? is it possible? do they accept paper based or electronically?

I was just check NBPNP Express Entry... Is it active for IT skills Open category mentioned on thier website...can somebody confirm? as I do not see any note on website saying applications are closed or something... Urgent reply needed...

Yes I am doing that. But how do we know if that province is active to accept applications or not.. Just now checked New brunswick and website does not say anything about not accepting etc.
