Super VISA is definitely easier to get than standard visit VISA. It's same price but requires a medical insurance for an year which could cost you around $1500. I recently got Super Visa for my mother in around 2 months time. Best of luck.

Hi, To apply on her behalf you have to create a GCKey, its like a Canadian Govt Account. Once you create that account and complete online assessment, then it takes you further to questioner and from there you can proceed to documents upload etc.
