The fact that you haven't been rejected so far is a good sign I believe. I got the rejection latter the same day that they started my application (based on e-case status). I was rejected because of not meeting the minimum requirement.

Sorry to hear that. I got rejected for quite similar reason. At least they are quite good in replying back your emails after they reject you. You can definitely email them and share your concern.
