DM appeared and said they will contact hubby for the decision. No change of address. I logged out. Logged in after 2mins and my address here in Canada appeared. Hope visa na! :)

Hi kababayan! She's not an orphaned, so in my opinion, you can't sponsor her. Study permit is the most likely possible option. Unless you want to spknsor your Father and she'll still be considered as his dependent but as the sponsorship for parents, gparents & other relatives is on hold, study...
