He download and sign the application and Fedex or DHL me :) but i don't know what application and what we need mean docs etc ...

farhan i m not live in Pakistan Since last few years but i am from Lahore ( im in US ) but i can tell you just go your local PolicStation ask what they need for this easy fix just go any Legal person ( just spend sum money ) they take care for you ...
