I had been living outside of Canada more than 183 days after I got my PR. I got the PCC as well from the consulate . My question is if it was more than 1 year since PCC was issued. Is the PCC still valid.???? Or do I need to apply fresh?

I think you should also show 4 years of your tax filed in the citizenship forms.

I just heard from my local MP that CIC is doing my background check. Does anybody know how long this process takes.
