a friend of mine landed in toronto applied for his PR card and returned back to his homeland and gave an address of his friend to pick his card and send it back for him... now his friend catastrophically lost his card.. and the poor guy is back home... what do you all think should be done in...

thx but anyway i have 2 problems connecting to those sites from outside canada even craigslist doesnt let you post there unless you have a canadian / us phone number to send you a confirmation code through i never encountered such dilemma with those sites earlier but now seems there r much...

Thanks for your message Mike... Well i was an applicant on the old system..applied in september 2009, recieved update only in july and now my medicals request.... you will be pretty much processed fast on the new system, you should be getting your medicals request soon... wish you all the best
