It's the Windsor Transit bus which runs betwen Windsor and Detroit. It's a public transport.

I've crossed Detroit-Windsor by a private car (both by the bridge and the tunnel)a few times with my passport, landing papers and the expired PR Card without any problem. I even took the Transit once and got in, it was a risk though.

Hopefully you're right. I'm one of those whose application was sent for secondary review in January, 2015. But again, as goldjay pointed out, he requested urgent processing in March......

None... it's nearly 13 weeks since the 'secondary review' email...The processing period for 'regular' renewal cases has considerably reduced, so let's hope there'll be staff available to work on cases like ours...???

CIC received my application on August 11, 2014; received an email on January 5, 2015 informing me of the application being sent for secondary review, since then nothing. :(

No, it seems no body is working on secondary review cases at all... :(

Mine still shows 'in process'.
