    Only that Cheque is enough but at the back of your cheque write your file number, full name and Right of Permanent Residence fee, also keep a photo copy of that cheque with you.

    I dont know if they called my previous or present employer, but it seems if the background check agency find something not legit in your application they would make a call.

    no they didnt ask schedule3 they just asked me exactly this -->"UPDATED APPLICATION FORMS FOR YOU. THESE ARE IMM8 (Generic ad Schedule 1)"

    Hello, Please review my timeline in my signature, my intial application document sent was on 29 Oct 2009 and my second AOR was in august 2010... still waiting for medicals, dont know WTF Buffalo office or NEW YORK CITY OFFICE is doing with my application?? it says still in process from aug 2010!

    THAT MEANS NOTHING, PEOPLE HERE ARE WAITING MORE THAN YOU... YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 4 MONTHS TO GET MEDICALS !!
