If u are the principal applicant, there is no worry. Just tell CIC you have got divorced and show them the document of divorce. Remove you ex-wife from your applicationg.

I have received my ME and RPRF request from HongKong on Nov 23 2009, and ME result received by Ottawa by Dec 08 2009. There is no update so far.

CIC makes me so frustrated. If I am going to appeal on federal court, I have to go through a lawyer. It will take me a year and I have to pay lot money for a lawyer. CIC wastes my time and money. Is there anyway I can complain with?
