God is good my wife got our passport back w/ visa stamp now< Dec. 17 2010>..she paid 95 pesos for courier..@ she will send my passport back here..pra makatawid na ko sa border.. Ill be home for Christmas..hopefully..sunduin ko na cla.. keep hoping..keep praying..your time will come in God...

In my own opinion you should pay for the RPRF because i think your medical is OK @ the embassy is already requesting you to pay it.that was the same letter my husband receive way back.and don`t hesitate to email them for you questions,they are prompt to answer your questions based in our own...
