What would be the time frame for VISA getting rejected? I have applied on July 5th and on 19th which is the tenth working day I have received status as Processed VISA application been despatched. Is this mean the VISA got rejected? I have also not been asked to do my medical test.

Is there possibility to approve VISA without asking for medicals? I have applied for spouse visa. Thank you
