Logically speaking not because for Quebec Province, you have to go through a supplemental step. For us, it had not impacts as it took only 9 days to process for the CSQ.

For us, the home address was changed on August 31; 11 days after DM2. Today, was our 32nd waiting day for the Visa!

I think it is exceptional. I heard many people who received back their passport within a week after DM2. I've just booked the flight for October 23. I'm confident we will have it by that date.
