It takes around 3-4 weeks to process your application and make a decision on that. You might get a reply within the next week. And there will be no problem if you miss the 1st week class, but you need time to cope up with the environment and other stuffs there. Good luck.

@ Shadh: Hey, today I got a mail from VFS stating that my processed application has been released to Dhaka center. But, when I tried to track down the application, the tracking field was showing nothing. It is totally blank now. Is this OK? or am I facing a problem? please answer>>!!

No, i did not hear any rejection news after medical. If you get a medical call then u can be 99.99% sure that u'll get Ur visa stamped on Ur passport unless u have any medical problem like Tuberculosis, HIV etc... Good luck. :)
