CanadaVisa2012, I think there was a backlog of applicants of Jan-Feb-Mar in CIC...and they have now decided to process these backlog..as we are nearing the end of 3rd quarter. After all they must be having their own internal statistics targets. There are some odd 122 members in this Group...
