I think your concerns will be better addressed now. The last part of the mail actually talk about six months validity for visa issuance.

Mine is also expiring before May 2013 but I had the full validity. The reasons for the Visa Validity are best known to them.

I can confirm that Lagos office has started renewing and reissuing e-passport. Just did mine last Thursday.

Mandie...spot on, at least in my own letter I have a year validity. Anyway, can you share your email to enable me contact you personally when I am in Accra.

Hi Vikolo, Your visa validity is very strange...you had your medicals in May 2012 which should give you till May 2013 except your passport expiry is shorter. Congrats all the same. Proceed to Accra without wasting too much time sha.
