    I would not recommend submitting something that is incorrect. Immigration will think you are lying to them and deliberately misleading them. Get the right paperwork from the FBI and wait to submit after they get it right.

    Couldn't agree more. You don't lie to Immigration. They will find out why she's really visiting and they will see her a risk to stay illegally. That will be enough grounds to deny her entry and deport her back to her homeland. Best practice is ALWAYS be open and honest with Immigration.
