Email them a scanned hand signed letter requesting to withdraw your case. Give all the details mentioned above in an earlier post. Would be better if you attach your fedex/tcs slip with the email. You can also fax them the same letter.

I filed in my application on the 10th of May, 2012 for a well known university and still am waiting for a reply/medical. I see many college applicant waiting that long but not university applicants. Should I contact the embassy somehow, or wait? Are these waiting times normal for Uni applicants?
