    Dears, Can I submit my application without IELTS. what would be the outcome if I submit my application as my IELTS exam date is 30th of Jul 2011 and the result will take 2-3 weeks. If I'll wait for the IELTS the (1122) cap will be filled. Please advice. Tariq
