Do I have to take also kids with me for test? They are 10 and 8 years old. The letter for for test is only for my wife and me. No word about the kids. They are automatically aproved, I think, because they are under 18. I call CIC tommorow. Thanks

Thanks for answer, I send application in November 2013 to Sydney, they send me answer on January 15th, may application was accepted and start processing on December 30th, I think they didn't transfer my application to Kitchener yet.

My friend had the similar situation, illegal in USA 5 years, he applied in Buffalo, USA, but they rejected his application and he had submit his appllication in country where he is the citizen. And also they wanted to explain his status in USA. And at the end he was supposed to have a interview.
