I want to share my experience and thank those who have replied to this thread. CIC wanted to see my son and make sure he is in the country. They said it is a new procedure. The lady was very pleasant and all she did was ask a few basic questions. I am very sensitive to anything that looks like...

Thanks Leo. I guess it's ok if it's just a standard check. It's just that I thought it was like a formal interview! guess i might have over reacted.

CIC called in and asked to interview my 5 years old son. This is after I did the test and Went through the interview, passport check, etc. Is this legal? Why would I want my child to go get interviewed at such a small age? Any suggestions? Dounia
