Since, you are already working in Canada, you don't need to show proof of funds:

You do not have to show that you have these funds if you have arranged employment in Canada.
What you need is a letter from your Employer, stating you will be employed indeterminately upon getting PR. You can't get HRSDC approval, only your employer can do. I know that, few jobs are exempt from HRSDC approval, say IT jobs.
Under FSW:
If you can get a letter from Current employer stating u'll be absorbed permanently upon receiving PR, you can apply(Under Arranged Employment). Else, you should work for 1 year in Canada, or has 1 Year experience in 38 listed NOC jobs.
