@jyoti hey hi jyoti, i think u dn't need police clearance... bcaz whenever any foreign embassy asks you about police clearance then only u ve to provide it...if it is needed, they give you the letter which describes the need of police clearance... without that latter police will not provide u...

and i forgot to tell about where i submitted the file.... i had applied at chc delhi... and pre-medicals were automatically sent by hospital to delhi chc.....

@ gupta... hey dude... i ve heard that if we deposit fix amount of total expense (including fees).. we get O.D(overdraft) against it... that is allowed in visa process, so if u r already having money... try this way, get an O.D latter against fix deposit... and be careful here.. m talking...

as far as i know ontario graduation certificate course is equivalent to post graduate... it depends on the lenght of the course.. if it is one year course then definitely it is post graduate course.... though u should find out from the college itself........
