Well,I had submitted/sent my papers on 1st May thru DHL..received by London on 5th May...Medical request came in Aug(27th I suppose)Medicals sent by DMP on 1st Oct and I received e mail date 15th Aug...asking me to submit my passports. Hopes this will help u.
