I'm currently doing my bachelors and would like to transfer my 1 year credits , but the thing is that i want to change my program from engineering to computer science, both programs share some subjects like maths , physics, etc.

the most important part is your financials ties to your home country , don't even worry about the other things. I have a friend that had only bad marks in everything but he had a lot of properties , stable job, and another one that was the best in my class but sadly the one with good financials...
