@fruit No she isn't with me. She wuz afraid that they don't allow foreigners to give birth in Singapore and also it would be much more expensive. They haven't replied nothing. Just acknowledged the mail through auto generated reply. Waiting seems to go on forever....

@ fruit emailed them asking if i can submit the police report and also if we need to update our baby's info (wife just gave birth) on the forms...just to at least get a conversation going..hehe..maybe some sort of response..i'll be going down to the cncc office next tuesday.. btw..how r u...

@ fruit No i'm actually singapore pr that's y applied from here...i have received no news until now as well. I emailed to the visa office 3 days ago and also no response from them. i'm waiting for my wife to send me the sponsorship letter then i'll go and get the police cert... my timeline...

HI Angel286 Singapore office started processing my application on 12 November 2009. I was under the impression that they will issue me an immigration letter for PCC submission. But ur saying sponsorship letter should be sufficient. Is this ur personal experience? And did you send it to them...

my wife is pregnant as well...she's due to deliver in Feb...but the difference i guess between both our cases is that...she's in canada..and is sponsoring me... we even included a letter from the doc that she needs me to be there through the childbirth and everything as she's dead nervous...

Hi Guys...thanks for the replies... But when i went to the get the police certificate from the police office they told me they need the letter from Immigration. And when I went to get it from immigration, they said they would request for it themselves.... confused now :s

hi guys.. my wife mailed the papers to misssauga on oct 8. what is the response expected. Cuz she says she supposed to get a file number or somethn in a week or so. But according to wat i've read in the forums, i understand that file number is sent only after approval of sponsorship in a month...
