    I feel there's nothing that can stop you from getting an OWP as a visitor if you produce your husband's WP which falls under either of the NOC skill levels (0, A or B) and ofcourse your marriage certificate. AJ

    Krithika, I believe the 'fastest' way of getting a visa from India is the visitor (dependent) visa, my wife received hers in 5 working days. Regarding the OWP, we will be looking for it once we land in Canada next month.
