Well I did get Doc. request in February. But mine was a different case altogether.... I did not have 1yr of work experience on H1B visa which they had asked me to prove along with request for other regular documents.. :( I applied in the month of April though..

Thank you ALL for your suggestions. I called up AINP on Friday and the guy told me that they cannot consider my application because the basic rules states that you've got to be working on H1B visa for 1yr. But he was very nice in explaining stuff... And I guess its fair enough.. they cannot...

@ Nomad_Musafir : the person handling my case at the the Law firm?? If so, there are total 3 individuals whom I've had correspondence with. :( sad but true all the three said that they are updating my file at some point...& none of them realized anything wrong. I will wait till Monday to hear...
