okey ill be going now to her office ill have a talk with her. its so sad that i have wasted my time and money for her service

can i withdraww it even though my papers are already in cio? can you tell me please the process so that ill know what to say whenever i confront this fake representative. the last time i tried to withdraw from her service she said i can only take half of what i have paid.

she said she forgot to tick the box of my application indicating i have took the ietls examination.
