if your file is complete,this period of time depends on your chance,we had a person in this forum after 6months got the visa,but the most should wait more than this,my file changed to in process after 8 months,some are waiting 11-12 months without any good news...it's better not to think about...

dear kazhal i got the file no. in Oct.18 and it became to in process in Jun.13 but my husband and i are still far from each other since 22 months ago.

8 weeks ago her file's status changed to in process and after 3weeks it changed again to application recieved,after short time i think a week they wanted her to pay landing fee,yesterday they called her to send the passport.

they don't give you this visa,because they know you have applied for family sp. last year i applied for visitor visa and they rejected me but i didn't have any lowyer...it's better to wait..i asked 4-5 lowyer and they told me only by having some special disease the embassy can give this...

Day by day the number of 'in process' files increase without giving PR to previous ones ,is it a good point?? ? maybe they do it only to keep us silent!!
