Hi all, I will move th canada in march. which documents are needed at the time of landing? I think passport + proof of funds + (I received one letter on which my photo is sticked) Any thing else is asked by them??? Please help

Hi rk2009, What did you get in the bunch sent by CHC along with your passports? I got my passport, One one page latter with my photo on it and my original ex, certificate + IELTS. So, what we have to carry with us at the time of landing???

Hi rupeshhari, I have applied under the 4121. CHC hold my passport for 6 months and then sent to me with visa. Can you assumed the cause of this delay? Will it create any problem for me at the time of landing? Please reply

Hi qorax, As you have said, the step 2 is in the hand of POE officer. Is there any chance for rejection at this stage? Is it possible that they will not allow us to enter in CANADA? Because I will left my job in next month and move to CANADA in 5th March.

I think for H1 process, they dont require passport. you have to appear in the interview with your passport and they will return your passport with visa stamp the same day (if they are granting your h1 visa). After your h1b visa issued you can send your passport to CHC.

ARK, I think you have to inform to your boss about your immigration process. But you can tell them that at this point you are not interested to settle down in canada. I know it is not a good idea but you can try with it.

Dear aanban, I know its a foolish question. But I got my visa after 6 months. Can you guess the reason behind it? Will it affect my visa status after landing at the airport or in further procedure?

Jigna Dont worry. As i told you earlier, I have got my visa after 6 months. I have sent all docs on 25th may and i have got my visa on 20th november.
