If both "decision made" and "in process" are showing at the same time then there is an error in the system. I sugges that you wait for two weeks and if they don't change it, or if you don't receive any letter from them, then send an email and ask about it. Good luck

Hi everybody, Couple weeks ago, they asked me to send my passport (the "passport request" email) and I did so. Now I can see that the status of my application on e-cas has been updated. It says "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."...

Does anyone know how long it takes from receiving the passport request email to get the passport back with the immigration Visa on it?
