    Thanks for the clarification. I will be sending the original nomination certificate. I have one more question at this moment. I have PCC from my country embassy and waiting on FBI reports. Do I need to apply for state PCC too? I have been staying in my current US state for around 3 yrs now. Thanks

    I am in the process of sending CIC Application. Is it mandatory to send the AINP original nomination certificate. CIC website says not required but I remember seeing somewhere in Buffalo specific website where it says to send the nomination certificate along with application. Thanks
