Decision made is almost every time a positive thing. Unless you didnt have 730 days or some information which is not correct. My status shows that the card were mailed out yesterday. Would expect to receive them by the end of this week. I wouldnt worry about this if i were you.

For me it was received on the 12th of Sep and processing started on the 25th of Sep. I got the email on the 25th of Sep. I would expect your email to arrive by early next week. Then you can check your status online using your UCI number.

Any day spent is in Canada even partially is considered as a day spent in Canada. So for instance if you leave today and come back tomorrow, number of days spent outside Canada are 0.

Actually its maximum 1095 days outside of Canada. which translates into 730 days in Canada. This is whats stated on the application. I meet RO albeit by only a couple of weeks for myself and 7 weeks for my family.
