Buffalo sent us a request for additional documents.

we received our passport request on friday. only a week after we sent them my wifes fbi certificate(which was the only pending item)

btw we received my wife's fbi certificate and sent it out to our attorney in vancouver. so buffalo will receive it within a day or two. With this we will have submitted all documents required.

Another question i have is that my wife does not have a Social Security Number and the FBI Request form has a field for that. Any idea what to put in there? Do they process without SS Num? Please advise.

My application reached Buffalo in Late december. I received a letter Dated January 6th asking for I94 copy proving H1b Status. My lawyer thought this to be really weird. We resent the application with the necessary documents and are now waiting for a file number so that we can send FBI and PCC. V

My lawyer submitted our application to CIC but they sent it back..asking for proof that i have maintained h1b status. So we had to resend the application with our I-94 card proving that. Did anyone else have a similar issue?
