    Hi, Currently living in Canada but it seems Manila office is faster than CPP-O, so I sent my app to CIO indicating Manila office. FSW Sent: Mar 1, 2013 Received: Mar 5, 2013 CC charged: Mar 11, 2013 I did not expect my cc would be charged this early.
