Well I have been working in that time but I guess I don't have payslips from those places apart from one which I have just left !! And I have also been to Malaysia on student visa but due to language issue I decided to come back..

You should find a uni and continue in your same feild..Dont change your feild otherwise your application might rejected because the mismatch of the study.

Well as far as my information ..If you are bachelors and ur bachelors is equivalent to Canadian bachelors than you can file your PR.. And if you have been staying in Canada for the time required for applying PR.
