Received the approval for the sponsorship on June 2011 and from July 2011 the only update was that they received the application for permanent resident. Today I just found out the status has been updated from APPLICATION RECEIVED to IN PROCESS...

Hi there, I just received a new update on cic website on my wife's case! Now it's saying they start to process the application on May 23, 2012. Do you have any idea how long does it take from now on? Cheers,

Not yet, but just asked my wife to redo the medical test as well as the security check.

Cheers to all my Iranian friends as well as others their cases are stocked in Ankara! I got married on Feb 2011, apply to get sponsored for my wife, received a notification about the approval of my sponsorship on June 2011 and the latest update that I retrieving from CIC website every other day...
