I applied from India. There is no section in the application to apply for multiple-entry. In my understanding, you will get single entry visa only. If you have to go back, you will have to either apply TRV beforehand (from USA) or apply from India after you land there.

My two cents: You may consider reviewing the documents your employer provided. There is a possibility that your employer hesitated (or did not care) providing all the details and hence your visa got rejected. But unless there is a noticeable change in your case, re-applying (that too, too soon)...
