My Nigerian pple,i just want to apply for the skilled program in july 2012 and i saw a section for settlement funds in the application form....am i supposed to send this with my documents at the initial stage..pls help me

Please i live in nigeria and am about to apply for the federal skilled worker in canada....i already downloaded the forms....there is a part that has proof of settlement funds.........my question now is am i supposed to have money in my account before i can send my documents to nova scotia.
