well, this is HSBC visa cc and they say that they hold the payment for 1 day to confirm this is a legit transaction and they'll call me t confirm the release of the payment... There is no issue for the credit limit.... Another option is that they can allow the transactions to go through without...

Thanks dhanu 786 for the quick reply.. My understanding is that they'll take first 1000 applications and only 500 will move further for the next step... Is that correct? How do they finalize 500 out of 1000. is that also on first come first serve basis.... Thanks again for your response.

Hi, I've applied for 2174 from UK and the application was received on May 13th 2014. Nothing heard yet, CC has not been charged yet. The cap reached to 106 until May 6th applications... Has there any chance left for me. How many applications will be finalized under 2174, I guess 500... Please...

Hi all, Good news... my parents received their passport back with VISA... It was stamped on Sep 21st 2010 and they received on Sep 28th 2010. Hope u all get the good news soon........... :)

So the status changed and says "In Progress". They've started working on the case on September 10th 2012. Hopefully we receive the passports back with visa stamped......
