    Just write them an email clearly narrating the urgency and importance of your originals. they should respond by dispatching those back to you. hope you get it, i can understand how stressful it must be for you.

    I sent my full application to islamabad CHC in september 2009, and have not received AOR or any other word from them as yet. my e-cas says 'received by visa office' and my NOC is 4121.
