hi i put sponcership application on june-11 2008,i received approvel letter of my mother's sponcership on march 1st 2012,my ecas status has been DECISION MADE since last two months.the file has been transfered to LVO ND to 10 march 2012 ,i didn't received medical request yet. anybody have idea?
