@fsohail..dude ur time line is same as mine..i even applied on 17th june and got my medical on 13th july..however i sent back my passport on 21st july.. so if we follow the time line hopefully u ll get it in a few days

I meant that i got the VISA..1 year multiple

thing is i applied through a counsellor so hes the one who recieved the package and stuff. He called me and told me that he has recieved my passport. so i ll be going to collect it from him today and i ll see if it has the recipt or not and was it tcs or fedex or whatever.

they told me on monday that they ll send my passport the next day(i.e tuesday). consedering the courier time and shit its thursday now and i still havent recieved my passport yet..wtf is up with them

they ll send my passport tomm so i ll recieve it probably by wednesday, cauze it ll take atleast a day to deliver. and yes i ll tell u all the result. i havent booked any flight as yet cauze i was waiting for my visa and also because i wasnt getting a seat in emirates and qatar so its on...

yaar i had a,b,b in AS but it dropped to a,c,c this year..but dosent matter as i fulfilled the condition that was 2c's so dosent matter. time line: applied 17th june medical recieved 13 july done with medicals 21 july ( had to travel from karachi to lahore for medical)

mugen, they usually (only i think) give student visa for one year..then u have to renew it. many of my friends even got a 1 year visa so i think this is the case with everyone..still not sure.. ps: anxiously waiting for my result:p

@ saqitude dude sorry to hear that but if you done mind can you give us your timeline? I know not the most appropriate time to ask this but it will provide others with a rough idea about when they re going to hear..plus can u tell us what uni did you apply to and how much assets did you show?

does any1 have any idea what are the chances for Pakistanis to get a student visa? i mean is there any statistical data present to show this or anything you people might have heard?

I heard it was 9th, well lets see. The thing is some one I know had conditional offer but got the visa a few days back. I didnt get any phone or anything from the embassy.
