hello, i have a question about pr card. my friend is in US and crossed border to land, but he needs come back after just 2 days. he was planning to give his friend's address in canada to the IO and have his PR card mailed there. however, when he did his landing, and he explained his situation...

i, too, am interested to know his NOC. maybe helpful 4 some of us. maybe he got rejected due to NOC incompatibility, so info might be helpful for us too. why he doesn't want to disclose noc? thansk!

Hi, If you get your immigrant visa but not yet landed, can you apply as immigrant? Can you say to employer you are immigrant? I ask because i see jobs that prefer citizen or immigrant. thanks!
