@bloomfield -fed ex told us cant deliver passport need permission from ministry . So singapore mailed via registered mail. Did you needed any permission did embassy send it as a passport or docuemnt

My husband used TNT express service to send express pre paid envelop to singpore. Service is great and cheaper than Fedex. If you have to use this service and customer service is awesome too.
