Has anyone else received their passport back from Los Angeles? Mine was sent along with my RPRF on January 4th and I haven't got it back yet. Is this normal? Can I contact them?

Does the AOR come by email or regular mail? Should I be checking my junk email folder??

I mailed my application on Feb 13th, it was received in Buffalo on Feb 17th. I still haven't received my AOR yet. Should I panic?! Is it recommended to call and ask about it or should I keep waiting by the mail box every day?
