*bump* Anybody???

A friend of mine is planning on moving to Canada from Ireland. He does not qualify as a Skilled Worker and does not have a job offer. So we are mostly looking at the IEC program. I have a lot of questions and have exhausted all the resources I can find. I hope I can clarify a few things here...
