Things are a lot changes now, they do not guarantee the 15 day thing.....and moreover they count ths first day as the day when the application goes into their system and not when they receive it...so the actual time might be longer than 15days...inaddition these days most cases are in for RFEs...

yes I am applying via the premium processing.....but have seen cases where even under premium processing it takes a few months....so just wanted to know of options before hand. Thanks

Please let me know if anyone applied with NOC 2174 ? I wanted to know the job profile and the responsibilities applicable to this code.

Even though the description of these two codes 2171 and 2174 is mentioned on the site, I am a little confused as to whats the difference between the two. Do both of them not apply to software engineers ? How important are NOC codes ? What documentation does Alberta need to support the NOC code...
