Hello everyone! I am receiving a letter of "MEDICAL FURTHERANCE" from the embassy. What does it mean?... I did not received any letter for my redo. This coming Dec. 6, 2012 is the 15 months of my medical. Any thoughts is highly appreciated.

hi computer Geek & Leon!...Last Sept. 5, 2012, I received an email from the embasy in Manila and they require me to comply within it w/in 45 days upon receipt of the email. The Visa Officer instructed me to sign the DECLARATION STATEMENT and return it right away for my completion if I will not...
